2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Booking data: When you schedule a call via our booking page, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you provide during the scheduling process.
  • Cookie preferences: We store a cookie (cookie_consent) to remember whether you have accepted or declined cookies.
  • Usage data: We collect analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager. This includes pages visited, referral source, device type, browser information, and anonymized interaction data. This data is only collected if you have given consent via our cookie banner.

3. Why we collect it

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries submitted through our contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To schedule and manage discovery calls booked through our website (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request).
  • To remember your cookie preferences (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To analyze website usage and improve our services (legal basis: consent).

4. Cookies

We use a cookie banner to request your consent before placing non-essential cookies. The following cookies may be used:

5. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following third-party processors:

  • Resend: To deliver emails from our contact form. See their privacy policy.
  • Cal.com: To provide our online booking and scheduling functionality. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. See their privacy policy.
  • Google LLC: We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website analytics. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device information. We also use Google Search Console, which processes aggregated search-performance data (queries, impressions, clicks) and does not place cookies on your device. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a transfer mechanism. See their privacy policy.
  • Hetzner: Our server infrastructure provider. See their privacy policy.

6. International data transfers

Some of our third-party processors, in particular Google LLC, are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry. Booking data is processed by Cal.com and retained in accordance with their data retention policies. Cookie consent preferences are stored for one year. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default) and is processed in anonymized form.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability - receive your data in a structured format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

9. Supervisory authority
